Alex N. Sserwanga is a Chartered MCIPD, UK-certified HR professional and a qualified lawyer with extensive expertise in HR management, labor legislation, and organizational development. He possesses strong business and financial acumen, with experience in policy design, performance management, change management, capacity building, and board-level governance.

Currently, he serves as an HR Advisor at Sendea Uganda, a nonprofit focused on transforming the solar energy sector. Previously, he was the Senior HR Consultant/Director at Triune Consult (U) Ltd and has held senior HR leadership roles in both public and private sectors.

Alex holds an MBA (HR Specialization) and a first-class Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University, along with an LLB, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Diploma in Law specializing in labor law. His expertise spans organizational development, talent management, coaching, and strategic HR solutions.
